Reading Buddies

Pasadena is proud to renew its partnership with POBJFKHS through the Reading Buddies program, which pairs aspiring elementary educators with young readers.

Pasadena students took part in a Day in Clay with artist Mr. Cliff Mendelson, who introduced them to the history of pottery and the imagery, symbols and design techniques used in the craft. Students then applied what they learned by creating clay pieces of their own.
